Willow
I run one of the coffeehouses - there are no poetry readings or open mike nights, people can scowl and wear black, or wear whatever they like and laugh at those who scowl, or they can sit in corners and debate the meaning of life and reality, never once doubting that their cup of coffee or their cigarette is any less real for it. Everyone has their own cup sitting on the shelf, you don't have to wear shoes, cats and quiet dogs are welcome (as are iguanas and birds and rats). Silly children, even sillier adults are found traipsing around and causing problems. All of the waitrons make lots of money - without having to worry about tips - they are happy waitpeople - therefore, your coffee is always hot and fresh. Elegant women sit suspiciously close together, and not all of the beautiful men are straight....You can even get a massage! This cafe is commonly known as Home, the only place you really feel. Willow
